FrontPage is a WYSIWYG editor, or "What you see is what you get" -- which means that you can drag and drop components and layouts without the need for any programming. While all of the above programs are browser based, meaning you are editing the site while you're in your browser, with FrontPage you can work offline and then connect to your site to make the appropriate updates.
